How are your plants packaged for shipping?
We take great care in packaging: bedding plants and flowers ship in specially designed containers, fruit trees and shrubs have their roots carefully wrapped, and bulbs are packed with appropriate insulation. All shipments include temperature control measures to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fresh delivery, but if you contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering, we may be able to make changes. After this window, your plants will already be in preparation for shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping or messaging?
While we don’t offer traditional gift wrapping (to ensure plant health), we can include a personalised message with your order. Just add your request in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.

Where do you deliver?
We ship globally from our base in Portsmouth, excluding Asia and some remote areas. All international shipments include necessary phytosanitary certificates.
