Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns on live plants, bulbs, shrubs, or trees (including all products from our Bedding Plants, Decorative Shrubs, Flowering Shrubs, Fruit Bushes, Fruit Trees, Garden Bulbs, Spring Flowering Bulbs, and Summer Flowering Bulbs categories). We can only replace these items if they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an eligible item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including live plants), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.
