Shipping Information

We deliver gardening joy worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Here’s what you need to know about getting your plants and gardening essentials:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (£12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Trackable service with delivery updates

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. Our returns policy is designed to be as straightforward as planting a seedling.

Important Note About Live Plants

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bedding Plants
  • Decorative Shrubs
  • Flowering Shrubs
  • Fruit Bushes & Trees
  • Garden Bulbs (including Spring and Summer Flowering Bulbs)
  • Trees & Shrubs

We will happily replace these items if they arrive damaged or defective – please see our damaged items policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

For non-plant items (Gardening Essentials, Growing Essentials, Planting Essentials):

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return an eligible item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval – Our gardening experts will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship your return – Send to our return address using a trackable service (provided in your approval email)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your plants or products arrive damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive email notification of your refund approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
