Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on live plants including:

  • Garden Bulbs (including Spring and Summer Flowering Bulbs)
  • Trees & Shrubs

We will replace damaged items – see our damaged items policy below.

6.2 Non-Plant Returns

For gardening tools and essentials:

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused in original packaging
  • Original receipt required
  • Customer pays return shipping unless item was damaged or incorrect
